NSFW Tax

I will be willing to draw NSFW material however it's something I'm not too fond of doing. So there will be an added price if you wish to have such themes.

+25% added to overall price
Minor fetishes, suggestive poses or nudity


+50% added to overall price
Aroused Nudity/sex, hardcore/ offensive fetishes

Ask for more info! I'll always try to find something that works for both of us uvu!





!!!!!!!(PLEASE have visual references for your characters. If you don't have a visual ref, but want me to draw based on a written description you will be charged more.
Please understand that working off written info is basically just like designing a whole character, and may result in my visual representation being different from yours.)


TIMING
Depends entirely on the type of commission and how busy I am.
Sketches can take maybe an hour or two, full paintings could take a few weeks.
I will let you know at the time a rough estimate.
You are free to contact me at any time and ask how things are going.

It is likely that I will only accept one or two commissions at a time, as to not overbear myself or leave people waiting.

REFUNDS
If for some reason I'm unable to do your commission after you have paid, a full refund
will be given.

I will NOT refund:
-if the commission is complete.
-if you change your mind halfway through
-if you don't like the final outcome (You are paying for the SERVICE, not the FINAL PRODUCT)

PLEASE NOTE
I have full rights to deny a comm request, due to being too busy, not feeling comfortable
with the proposed request or any other reason.

As the artist, I also have full rights to the final image, and can be used for personal promotional and advertising purposes. If you commissioned a piece of fanart, such as Pokemon, (discluding fancharacters/OCs) I also have full rights to sell prints, etc.


I will usually always post my art, but you MAY request for the work to be private.
Or you MAY remain anonymous, if you wish. 


By continuing to pay for your commission that states you have read and agreed with the above terms of service.

*I have no money or points, but I want some art *

*I don't have money, points OR those things! *

That's too bad.
Check back on my page, since I do run competitions, giveaways, requests and Kiribans from
time to time, albeit rarely.


*Can I commission you for a friend?*

Sure, that'd be a cool thing to do. Just make sure you link me to their page so I can give them
their art!



*Can I upload the completed commission to my dA gallery?*

Fine by me, I'm all in for sharing and spreading the word!
Just make sure you give me credit and a link-back.



*Can I upload the completed commission offsite?*

I don't see a problem with that, again just make sure you credit me and link back.



*If I get a sketch or lineart commission can I colour it in/complete it?*

Of course, just don't forget to give me credit for the original work!
If you do that, you should also show me your work C: I'd be interesting to see.



*Can I edit your commission work/ turn it into an avatar/journal header/chat pose/whatever?*

Sure, do what you want with it. Just make sure to always credit me and link-back!



*Can I use your commission for promotional/commercial use?*

I can work commercially for increased rates. You can note me if you need more info.
You may NEVER use my work for commercial purpose/gain without my permission.
