I really like Zekrom. At first I thought his design looked rather stiff, but I fell in love with his blue/black colour scheme and electric typing :'D
And his arms and wings are so cool. I love how if you get him in the right pose, his arms look like a second pair of wings. That's what I was trying to go with here.
I'll admit I had a bit of trouble with the anatomy, I wasn't sure how a big bulky dragon like him would fly ;x;
His tail confused me too. I tried tweaking it to make it more realistic, by elongating his tail and making the turbine thing a little smaller.
So. Much. Blue.

Some crit would be very welcome, especially on the lighting, composition and anatomy!

This is amazing!! I love the shading in the especially, and how dark everything is.
Amazing background, as well. It's all pulled together very nicely.

All I can say is: Technically, it is a WOW. I really like the way you shaded the wings :) And the lightning is just amazing. All in all it's a very impressive piece of art. Me personally I'd prefer him less crumbly. Especially the head but that's just in my point of view :)

that the skin is... hard to explain xD Well maybe something like the opposite of flawless :3 The muscles are fine fine^^ All I mean is the skin that divides the muscles to small parts :S
